AI Foundations (Weeks 1–4)

AI as collaborator mindset, workspace environment, system design, and architecture basics to setup and start work rapidly.

Coding with AI (Weeks 5–8)

Generate, verify, and review applications / services with AI while building tests and safe refactors.

Data & Documentation (Weeks 9–10)

Design data schemas and queries, and use AI to maintain living, accurate documentation as the project grows.

Quality & Performance (Weeks 11–14)

Automated testing, debugging, security checks, performance tuning, and release discipline.
